    I was looking for an Attorney in Brandon FL and found Mr. Zimmerman. I talked with him about questions I had about bankruptcy, not an easy subject to decide on. I was very surprised at the overall support and knowledge he had with advice and also with the paperwork.     Applying for any loan sucks! Credit a1! I Very low bills, great income and still never get approved. They say that they help their members but its a lie! 11yrs with this credit union and a credit card that is always paid! And still no help! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

    (This review is location agnostic.) "Failure to communicate." Our closing date was delayed because Hillsborough Title failed to notify our lender that we were ready to close. At closing, I brought a checkbook to pay for my closing fees; however, I was informed that I was supposed to wire money to their bank. I was never sent wiring information (despite sending an Email the day prior requesting status on everything). On both occasions we were inconvenienced by having to adjust work schedules to accommodate a simple failure in processes and communication. Review your processes. Create a checklist. Set calendar reminders. Use a tickler file. Communicate.
